Pakistan has officially secured a spot among the top five global suppliers of digital and artificial intelligence (AI) services on major online freelance and tech platforms, according to a report released by the World Bank.

The report highlights that Pakistani tech talent and digital freelancers are actively delivering high-value solutions across more than 2,700 technical skill categories-ranging from software development and SaaS to machine learning and AI integration-driven by a rapid expansion in the country's $4.6 billion ICT export ecosystem.
